How does it work?
Simply choose your service, preferred date and time, and complete your booking online. Once your appointment is confirmed, one of our professional technicians will arrive at the address you provided and assemble or install your medical equipment.
How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance, allowing you to choose the date and time that works best for you.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We provide service Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are open every day except U.S. national holidays.
What if I don't know which service to choose?
No problem! Simply send us the equipment model number, brand, a photo, or a link to the product, and we'll help you select the correct service before you book.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy follows standard U.S. service industry practices. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the status of your appointment.
Do you offer medical equipment repair services?
Yes. In addition to professional assembly and installation, our technicians can also diagnose and repair many types of home medical equipment directly at your home, including hospital beds, patient lifts, mobility scooters, lift chairs, wheelchairs, and more.
