We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested work falls outside our expertise or presents a safety risk.
2. Scheduling
Appointments are subject to technician availability.
Customers will receive a confirmation after scheduling.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate contact information.

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the installation location.

Ensure the equipment has been delivered before the scheduled appointment.

Inform us of any special installation requirements.
If technicians arrive and the equipment is unavailable or inaccessible, a service fee may apply.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other approved payment methods.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Applicable taxes may be added during checkout.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled without charge.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Scope of Service
Our technicians assemble and install equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions.
We do not modify, redesign, or alter medical equipment.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, or shipping damage.
7. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 30 days after service completion.
This warranty covers installation errors only.
It does not cover:

Product malfunction

Normal wear and tear

Customer misuse

Damage caused after installation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTech Installation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Medical Disclaimer
Our technicians assemble equipment only.
We do not provide medical advice, healthcare services, or clinical recommendations.
Customers should always follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult healthcare professionals regarding the safe use of medical equipment.
10. Website Content
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and designs, is the property of MedTech Installation and may not be copied without written permission.
11. Third-Party Products
Product names, trademarks, and manufacturer logos belong to their respective owners.

Changes of mind after the service has been performed.
